Payment
We accept Visa and Mastercard. The total reservation price is charged after booking through a secure online payment facility, or on arrival for a late booking. Your receipt is emailed or printed with the details you provided when booking, including company and VAT information.
Cancellation
For refundable bookings, cancellation or modification up to three days before arrival incurs only any credit card fees. Later cancellation, modification or no-show is charged the full reservation price.
For non-refundable bookings, payment may be charged at any time after booking.
Children & extra beds
All children are welcome. One child under four years may stay in a cot for DKK 200 per night. The maximum number of children in a room is one.
Internet & parking
Free wi-fi is available throughout the property. Each room also has a cable connection, and your own 4G connection works here. Free public parking on site does not require a reservation.
Smoking & pets
No smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is 5–10pm. Check-out is by 10am. Inform Roskilde B&B of your expected arrival time. Contact us in advance to enquire about arrival outside check-in hours. Payment takes place at check-in if it has not been charged before arrival.
